Job Description

  • 1. Customer ServiceGreet customers politely and assist them.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

  • Promote offers, discounts, and new products.
  • Operate POS (billing machine) accurately.
  • Handle cash, UPI, card payments properly.
  • 📊 3. Stock ManagementCheck stock availability regularly.
  • Refill shelves and maintain product display.
  • Inform manager about low stock.
  • Support in stock counting and inventory audit.
  • 🧹 4. Store MaintenanceKeep store clean and organized.
  • Ensure products are properly arranged.
  • Follow visual merchandising guidelines.
  • 📝 5. Reporting & CoordinationReport daily sales to Store Manager.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and HR (if required).
  • Maintain attendance and follow shift timings.
  • 🔐 6. Compliance & DisciplineFollow company policies and SOP.
  • Maintain uniform and grooming standards.
  • Prevent theft and ensure store security.
