Job Description:

We are hiring potential leaders who are interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. The selected candidates will be developed into AAM (Ace Agent Mentor) through a structured training and certification process conducted by the company.

Training & Development Process:

Initial Training (Company Sponsored):

Complete training will be provided by the company

Detailed understanding of:

Insurance products

Company profile and business model

Income structure, incentives, and career growth plan

Documentation & Licensing:

Candidate will complete required documentation

IRDAI exam fee to be paid by the candidate

Candidate must clear the IRDAI examination to become a licensed professional

Post-Exam Practical Training:

Practical field & virtual training after licensing

Selling selected insurance products in your natural market

Hands-on exposure to real client handling

Business & Recruitment Training:

Recruitment of advisors/agents (digitally & offline)

Lead generation and lead management training

Team building and performance management skills

Business and recruitment-based assignments

Position Confirmation:

After successful completion of training and assignments

Candidate will be promoted to AAM Position

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build and manage a team of insurance advisors

Recruit, train, and motivate advisors to achieve targets

Support team members in sales and client servicing

Handle leads and ensure conversion through proper follow-ups

Drive business growth through team performance

Maintain compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation preferred (12th pass candidates with strong sales experience may also apply)

Experience in sales, client handling, or team handling is an added advantage

Good communication and leadership skills

Willingness to learn and build a long-term career

Basic understanding of digital tools (WhatsApp, Zoom, CRM, etc.)

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
