Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Technical Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition and sales of our non-banking fintech services, payment gateway solutions, POS devices, CSC (Common Service Center) franchisee offerings, and quick commerce platforms. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales ability to onboard and support merchants effectively.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new merchants, retailers, and business partners
• Promote and sell payment gateway solutions, POS machines, and fintech services
• Explain product features, pricing, and technical functionalities to clients
• Assist merchants in technical onboarding, KYC, and integration setup
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
• Drive CSC franchisee onboarding and support partners in understanding services
• Support businesses in setting up quick commerce operations and digital payment systems
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios
• Maintain sales reports, pipeline data, and daily activity tracking
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in sales / field sales / fintech sales / technical sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
• Basic technical understanding of:
• Payment gateways and digital transactions
• POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Merchant onboarding and KYC process
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Preferred SkillsExperience in fintech, banking, SaaS, or payment solutions sales
• Exposure to CSC (Common Service Center) or franchise-based models
• Understanding of API/payment gateway integrations (basic level)
• Prior experience in B2B or merchant acquisition roles
