Technical Support Executive – IT / Software

- Job ResponsibilitiesProvide software & technical support to customers
- Handle Marg ERP, billing, GST & inventory issues
- Install, configure & update software
- Provide remote support (Phone / WhatsApp / AnyDesk)
- Visit client sites when required
- RequirementsBasic computer knowledge
- IT / Computer diploma or graduation (preferred)
- Good Hindi communication (English basic)
- Willing to travel locally
- Marg ERP knowledge is a plus (training provided)
