  • Job Description: Telecaller
  • Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive
  • Location: ranchi
  • Employment Type: Full-time / Part-timeExperience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
  • Maintain customer database and update information regularly.
  • Generate leads and follow up with clients to convert them into sales.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily call reports to the supervisor.
  • Required Skills:Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
  • Strong listening ability and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Persuasive, confident, and motivated to meet targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or a call center is a plus.
