We are hiring a Tele Caller for our Royal Enfield dealership to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The role involves calling enquiry leads, following up with walk-in customers, sharing basic product and pricing information, scheduling showroom visits and test rides, and maintaining accurate follow-up records. The ideal candidate should have clear phone communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the consistency to follow up until a clear outcome is achieved. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred, but reliability and follow-through matter more than experience.
