• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
• Handle inbound inquiries from leads interested in various education programs.
• Provide information about course structure, benefits, duration, and fees.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
• Counsel students to help them make informed decisions about their education.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for conversions.
• Work closely with the sales and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
