The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, providing product or service information, generating leads, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential/existing customers.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer queries.
• Explain products/services in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
• Maintain a customer database and update call records regularly.
• Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
• Resolve grievances or escalate them to the appropriate department.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude during all interactions.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages).
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Patience and customer-centric attitude.
• QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an advantage.
• Salary₹20000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives.
