Job Description
- Manage outbound and inbound calls to patients and clients.
- Explain diagnostic packages, health check-up and home collection services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the phlebotomy and Reception team for home visits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Follow up with patients regarding their reports and satisfaction.
- Handle patient grievances or delays professionally, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Proper data management.
