Telecalling Executive

• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls (cold calls) and handle inbound inquiries about properties (sales/rentals).
• Information Provider: Clearly explain property details, prices, amenities, payment plans, and unique selling points (USPs).
• Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings and meetings between clients and sales executives.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call logs, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Client Engagement: Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and build rapport.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to convert leads and achieve targets.
• Query Resolution: Address client questions and concerns professionally. 

Key Requirements:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and active listening skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, with real estate background being a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer skills.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient to rejection, and a good team player.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with property listings, market trends, and sales processes is beneficial.
