📝 Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller for our residential real estate project. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, fixing site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to close bookings.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and basic understanding of residential real estate sales.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Calling fresh and existing leads from CRM/database
• Explaining project details (2BHK / 3BHK units, pricing, offers, etc.)
• Convincing prospects and scheduling site visits
• Follow-up calls for site visit conversion
• Maintaining proper lead data in CRM/Excel
• Coordinating with Sales Executives for site visit updates
• Handling customer queries related to pricing, GST, payment plans
• Achieving monthly site visit and booking targets
• 👤 Candidate Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years experience in real estate telecalling
• Experience in residential project sales preferred
• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
• Confident, target-oriented and disciplined
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software
• Graduate preferred
