Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Outbound/Inbound Sales: Initiating "cold calls" to prospective clients (outbound) or handling inquiries from interested customers (inbound) to drive revenue.
  • Lead Generation & Management: Identifying potential customers through research and qualifying leads for field sales teams.
  • Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Closing & Upselling: Persuading customers to buy upgraded versions of products (upselling) or additional related services (cross-selling).
  • Data Maintenance: Accurately updating customer information, recording call details, and processing purchase orders in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
