Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive responsible for lead generation and sales of IT services and products through inbound and outbound calling. The role involves understanding customer needs, pitching suitable solutions, and converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and drive sales

Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently

Inform customers about company products, services, and offers

Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate IT solutions

Maintain regular follow-ups to close sales

Record and manage call details in CRM/dialer systems

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Ability to handle high-volume calls and work on dialer systems

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of IT services/products preferred

Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools)
