Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
• Introduce and explain company products and services to customers
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM.
• Follow up with interested customers to close deals
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Prior experience in telesales/telecalling is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
