Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Sales Executive to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into customers for our construction services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong interest in sales.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with leads provided by the company
• Explain our construction services clearly to potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Convince prospects and convert leads into confirmed projects
• Maintain lead data and follow up status regularly
• Coordinate with the sales/technical team when required
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Experience in telecalling or real estate/construction sales is a plus
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
