Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services
• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Fluent in Hindi
• High school diploma or graduate in any discipline.
