Job Summary:

God of Gold Trading Academy is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive with strong market knowledge, particularly in trading and financial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our training programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote trading courses and services
• Explain course features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
• Maintain a strong understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and trends
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role
• Good knowledge of stock market, forex, or trading industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong persuasive ability and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in selling financial products or training programs
• Familiarity with trading platforms and investment strategies
