Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain matrimonial services.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable membership plans.
• Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into customers.
• Update CRM with call interactions and lead status.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Bengali.
• Experience in telesales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge.
