📌 Job Description: Telephonic Outbound Sales Executive

🏢 Job Role

We are looking for a Telephonic Outbound Sales Executive who can confidently convince customers and make successful sales.

 The role is target-oriented and ideal for candidates with prior experience in sales or call center.

🗣️ Language Requirement

• Bengali
• English & Hindi

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Follow up with interested leads for closure
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate or Undergraduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales or any call center (BPO)
• Freshers with excellent communication skills with sales skills may also be considered

💡 Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in Bengali
• Persuasive and confident speaking ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

🕒 Shift & Work Details

• Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Work Mode: Work from Office (MIMEC Tech Park, Ranchi, Jharkhand)
