Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive who can communicate fluently in Bengali and handle customer interactions professionally. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, converting leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Bengali and pitch company products/services.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service information.
• Follow a structured sales process to convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain strong follow-up with potential customers to maximize conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
• Record customer interactions, lead status, and feedback in CRM or reporting sheets.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, pricing, offers, and company policies.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and represent the company positively.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Tele Sales, Field Sales, BPO Sales, Inside Sales preferred).
• Must be fluent in Bengali with clear communication skills.
• Strong convincing skills and ability to handle customer objections.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
