Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote stock market products and services to potential clients. The role involves contacting leads, explaining trading/investment opportunities, and converting prospects into active customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and explain stock market services.
• Promote trading accounts, advisory services, and investment products.
• Generate leads and convert them into clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the account opening process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and sales in CRM.
• Stay updated with basic stock market trends and products.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
• 0–3 years experience in telesales, financial sales, or stock market services.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of the stock market and investment products.
• Ability to work with sales targets and pressure.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
