## Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled GeM Tender Executive to manage our business operations on the Government e-Marketplace. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the GeM portal—from product cataloging and "Bunch" creation to participating in Bids/RAs and processing orders. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the GeM interface and a strong understanding of government procurement guidelines (GFR).

  • ## Key Responsibilities1. GeM Portal Management & CatalogingProfile Management: Ensure the company profile, tax details, and caution money payments are always up to date on the portal.
  • Product Uploading: Upload products/services with correct specifications, images, and "Golden Parameters" to ensure approval by the GeM admin.
  • OEM Coordination: If acting as a reseller, coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to get authorization codes and catalog approval.
  • 2. Bid Participation & Reverse Auctions (RA)Bid Search: Daily monitoring of the portal for relevant Custom Bids, BOQ Bids, and Bunch Bids aligned with our product portfolio.
  • L1 & Direct Purchase: Monitor opportunities for Direct Purchase and L1 comparison orders.
  • Reverse Auctions: Actively participate in Reverse Auctions (RA) to adjust pricing in real-time and secure the L1 position.
  • 3. Documentation & ComplianceTender Documentation: Prepare specific GeM documents, including ATC (Additional Terms & Conditions), EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), and e-PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee).
  • MII Compliance: Ensure all bids comply with "Make in India" (MII) and MSE (Micro & Small Enterprises) purchase preference norms where applicable.
  • Clarifications: Handle "Representation" windows to challenge unfair disqualifications or technical rejections.
  • 4. Order Processing & Incident ManagementOrder Acceptance: Monitor the dashboard for new orders, accept them within the stipulated timeframe, and generate CRAC (Consignee Receipt and Acceptance Certificate) requests.
  • Invoicing: Generate GeM invoices and e-Way bills to facilitate payment processing.
  • Incident Resolution: Respond to and resolve any "Incidents" (complaints) raised by buyers regarding delivery delays or product quality to avoid account suspension.
