Job Title: Zoho Implementation & Call Center

Job Description – Key Responsibilities

           •         Zoho Platform Development & Customization

           •         Lead the design, customization, and integration of Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Projects, People, Desk, Creator, Analytics, etc.) to create a complete organizational management system.

           •         Build custom workflows, automation, and dashboards to streamline business processes across departments.

           •         Ensure smooth integration of Zoho with external tools and platforms as needed.

           •         Software Management

           •         Maintain and continuously improve the Zoho ecosystem to meet evolving business needs.

           •         Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure all systems run efficiently.

           •         Train staff to effectively use Zoho applications in daily operations.

           •         Call Center Management

           •         Oversee call center operations including agent performance, call quality, and customer satisfaction.

           •         Implement Zoho Desk/Zoho Voice (or other Zoho call center tools) for seamless call handling, ticketing, and customer support.

           •         Develop performance metrics and reporting through Zoho Analytics.

           •         Process Optimization & Leadership

           •         Collaborate with business heads to identify process gaps and implement Zoho-driven solutions.

           •         Drive digital adoption across the organization through training and leadership.

           •         Act as the central point of contact for all Zoho-related initiatives.

 Requirements

           •         Proven expertise in Zoho One implementation and customization (CRM, Desk, Books, Projects, People, Creator, etc.).

           •         Strong knowledge of call center operations and related tools (Zoho Voice/Zoho Desk).

           •         Excellent skills in automation, workflows, and integrations.

           •         Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.

           •         Passion for technology and continuous software improvement.

           •         Leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

           •         Zoho Certified Professional (preferred but not mandatory).

           •         Experience in building custom ERP-like solutions on Zoho.
