Roles & Responsibilities

1. Define and drive project strategy, scope, and execution roadmap for aerospace systems or components.

2.Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality

3. Liaison with other departments to establish production facilities required for Aerospace industries in the area of advanced composites.

4. Closely work with the Business Development to get AS9100D certification.

5. Interact with Aerospace industries possible collaboration to secure contracts for producing advanced composite parts both for Aircraft and space related structures.

6. Plan all the activities connected with the production and quality to obtain NADCAP certification to the company within three years of start of operation

7. Build and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement timelines.

8.Responsible for setting up of start-of-the-art facilities to manufacturing advanced composite parts both for domestic and international requirements.

9.Manpower planning and train them to meet the production capabilities of aerospace requirements.

10.Materials planning required to execute the projects

11.Responsible for developing the roadmap to become leaders in aerospace structural parts using advanced composites in a span of 10 years

12.Responsbile for effective utilisation of material and work discipline in the company.

13.Responsbile for optimum utilisation of manpower, facilities, and materials
