About the Company


Aman Buildtech is a growing building materials company dealing in high-quality construction products such as TMT bars, steel, paint, cement, and other related materials. Currently, the company is expanding its footprint in the Apollo TMT segment and looking for dynamic Area Managers to drive sales and distribution.


Role Overview


The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales, dealer network development, and market expansion within the assigned region. The role involves working closely with distributors, builders, retailers, and contractors to promote Apollo TMT products and achieve business targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Apollo TMT.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong dealer/retailer networks.
  • Expand market presence and ensure effective product penetration.
  • Dealer & Channel ManagementAppoint, manage, and support distributors and retailers.
  • Monitor stock levels, order planning, and sales performance.
  • Provide regular training and support for channel partners.
  • Market IntelligenceTrack competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market behavior.
  • Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management.
  • Team Coordination & ReportingWork closely with the sales head and internal team.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance.
  • Ensure implementation of company policies, branding, and promotional activities.


 Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–6 years of experience in building materials (TMT, steel, cement, paint, etc.).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a region independently.
  • Good knowledge of local geography and market dynamics.
  • Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively.
