Job Description :
• Managing the overall Credit Underwriting / Loan Sanction of Home Loan proposals
which includes Scrutinizing / verification of all documents (Income, KYC),
Conducting PD and Recommending the cases for final approval.
• Rejection of non-doable cases with appropriate reasons.
• Managing the Sanctions /Decision of the cases within defined TAT with complete
adherence to Policy & Process.
• MIS & Reporting for all cases logged-in.
• Audit/Quality Audit Handling.
• Coordination with vendors for getting reports on time and as per expected quality.
