The role requires listening carefully to customers, coordinating with respective brands/service centers, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPatiently listen to customer complaints, concerns, and service requests
• Register and document complaints accurately in the system
• Coordinate with respective brands, service centers, and internal teams for resolution
• Follow up regularly until the issue is resolved
• Keep customers informed about complaint status and timelines
• Handle difficult situations with a calm and professional approach
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company reputation
• Maintain records of complaints and resolutions
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in customer service preferred (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Cool-tempered, patient, and polite personality
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of computers is mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple cases
