Quality Assurance (QA) – PreventiveFocus: Prevent defects before they happen.

• Develop and implement Quality Management Plans (QMP)
• Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
• Review method statements and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes
• Conduct internal audits
• Train site staff on quality procedures

2. Quality Control (QC) – CorrectiveFocus: Detect and correct defects.

• Inspect construction activities (concrete works, rebar, masonry, finishing, MEP, etc.)
• Conduct material inspections upon delivery
• Monitor site tests (slump test, cube test, soil compaction, welding tests)
• Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
• Coordinate with consultants for inspections
