📝 Job SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Quality Control Manager with strong expertise in sheet metal and heavy structural steel fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control systems, ensuring compliance, reducing defects, and leading the QC team effectively.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection protocols

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods

• Perform defect analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions

• Collect and analyze quality data and prepare management reports

• Lead, train, and supervise the quality control team

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Coordinate with production, engineering, and purchase departments

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 10+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control

• Minimum 5 years in leadership role (Sheet Metal Industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication & structural steel processes

• Expertise in SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and team management ability
