Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Field Work Location: Ratnagiri/Sindudurg

(The candidate will work from their hometown in Ratnagiri/Sindudurg)

Experience: 6 to 1 years (Fresher can apply)

Salary Package: ₹ 180,000 to ₹300,000 + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

•            Field Work

•            Develop and implement effective sales strategies

•            Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

•            Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels

•            Analyse market trends and competitor activities

•            Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals

•            Proven experience in sales and marketing roles

•            Strong communication and negotiation skills

•            Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•            Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

•            Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

•            MS office
