Admission & Outreach Manager / Marketing & Admissions Executive

Sanskar Academy of Education, Rehti, invites applications from qualified, motivated, and result-oriented professionals to lead our admission growth and community engagement initiatives.

Role Overview: This is a strategic, field-oriented professional role focused on increasing student admissions through structured outreach, parent engagement, and strong brand representation of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute admission outreach and enrollment campaigns.

Represent the school in parent interactions, counselling sessions, and community engagements.

Communicate the school’s academic philosophy, curriculum, facilities, and values professionally. Generate, track, and convert qualified admission leads.

Coordinate follow-ups and support the admission closure process.

Maintain daily and weekly performance reports and admission data.

Educational Qualification:

MBA / PGDM (Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, or related specialisation) preferred

Graduates with proven experience in education marketing or school admissions may also apply

Skills & Competencies :

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Strategic thinking with strong execution ability

✔ Professional demeanour and strong brand representation skills

✔ Ability to work independently with defined targets

✔ Experience in the education sector is an advantage
