Teaching Staff Required

Sanskar Academy of Education, Rehti, invites applications from dedicated and qualified educators for teaching all subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum

• Teach assigned subjects effectively to ensure conceptual clarity

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments

• Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom

• Encourage student participation and holistic development

• Use innovative teaching methods and teaching aids where required

• Complete syllabus within the stipulated time frame

• Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and student progress

• Communicate regularly with parents and school authorities

• Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs

• Follow school policies, rules, and academic guidelines

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in English or a related subject
• B.Ed preferred (not mandatory for spoken English)
• Experience in teaching English and spoken English will be an advantage
• Freshers with strong English communication skills may also apply

Skills Required:

• Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity

• Good communication and classroom management skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Ability to engage and motivate students

• Effective lesson planning and time management skills

• Student-centric and activity-based teaching approach

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with smart classes / digital tools

• Ability to assess student performance and provide feedback

• Positive attitude, patience, and commitment towards teaching
