Job Description
We are looking for HR manager for our site at Reliance Industries Ltd, Jamnagar. His role is to,
- Handle overall HR & Industrial Relations (IR) activities at site
- Manage contract labour, attendance, payroll coordination & compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (CLRA, Minimum Wages, ESIC, PF, etc.)
- Maintain statutory registers, licenses & documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning
- Conduct audits and ensure legal compliance at site
