Relationship Management: Purane aur naye merchants ke sath acche sambandh banaye rakhna aur unki queries ko solve karna.
Target Achievement: Company dwara diye gaye monthly onboarding aur transaction targets ko poora karna.
Product Awareness: Merchants ko PhonePe ke fayde, cashback offers, aur naye features ke baare mein samjhana.
