Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Hotel Operations & Team Management

Oversee daily operations across departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.)

Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards

Ensure SOPs are followed and service delivery is seamless

2. Sales & Marketing

Drive hotel occupancy and banquet bookings through strategic marketing initiatives

Develop local partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and online promotions

Supervise social media presence and digital marketing activities

3. Banquet & Event Coordination

Handle all banquet inquiries and bookings with professionalism

Work closely with clients to plan and execute flawless events

Ensure smooth coordination between banquet, kitchen, and service teams

4. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and corporate clients

Personally attend to VIP guests and address feedback or complaints efficiently

5. Accounts & Financial Oversight

Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue targets

Approve daily cash reports, coordinate with accountants, and manage vendor payments

Implement cost control measures without compromising quality

6. Communication & Speaking Skills

Represent the hotel professionally in client meetings and public dealings

Handle negotiations, presentations, and conflict resolution diplomatically

Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
