HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on job portals
• Source and screen candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring team
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate
• English: Basic English
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Salary: ₹ 15,000 – ₹ 35,000 per month

Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)
