Maintenance Executive

We are seeking a skilled and versatile General Maintenance & Repair Technician to handle daily repair, upkeep, and operational support for our businesses – Hotel Dhingra Inn, Dhingra Garden Banquet, Dhingra Filling Station, and other associated units.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform electrical, plumbing, drilling, painting, and carpentry repairs as needed

Handle routine maintenance of equipment, fixtures, lighting, and water systems

Support event setups at the banquet (stage, sound, lighting adjustments)

Ensure smooth operation of petrol pump equipment and address minor faults

Maintain tools and report major repair needs to management

Assist in moving furniture, installations, and small construction works

Perform preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns

Support emergency repairs during events or busy operations

Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas

Requirements:

Prior experience in multi-skilled maintenance work preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours

Salary: Competitive, based on skills
