Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, smoothies, and other café beverages to a high standard.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Take orders accurately and guide guests through the menu, highlighting vegan and continental options.
• Handle the billing process including operating the POS system, managing cash/card payments, and issuing receipts.
• Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and positive manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and guest service area.
• Restock supplies and ensure the barista station is always ready for service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
