Kitchen Management

Oversee daily kitchen operations

Supervise and train kitchen staff

Ensure smooth coordination and workflow

Menu Planning & Development

Design innovative continental menus

Introduce seasonal dishes and specials

Standardize recipes and portions

Food Quality & Presentation

Maintain high standards of taste and presentation

Conduct regular quality checks

Inventory & Cost Control

Manage stock and vendor coordination

Control food costs and reduce wastage

Hygiene & Safety

Ensure compliance with food safety standards

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation

Staff Training

Train and mentor kitchen team

Manage schedules and performance

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef

Expertise in continental cuisine.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

QualificationDiploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality preferred
