Job Description
Hiring: Operations Executive at Smol Door, Tapovan, Rishikesh!
Now, I need a hands-on rockstar to lead front desk ops, guest magic, and daily hotel flow at our boutique gem in Rishikesh’s wellness heart.
Full-time, reporting to me or the GM
What you’ll oversee:
• Front desk mastery: check-ins/outs, OTA bookings (MakeMyTrip/Agoda), billing, shifts, and 24/7 coverage.
• Guest wow-moments: handle queries/complaints, upsell add-ons.
• Ops oversight: housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, vendors, revenue tracking, SOPs/KPIs.
• Team sync: collab with kitchen/maintenance for seamless vibes.
You bring:
• Hospitality degree + 2+ yrs front desk/ops (Rishikesh exp = bonus).
• Fluent English/Hindi, PMS/Excel/OTA whiz, leadership chops.
• Love for Rishikesh’s yoga-rafting scene; shift-flexible & fit.
