Greet and Assist Guests:

• Welcome guests to their tables and escort them to their designated seating.
• Present menus, take initial drink orders, and help guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Ensure Guest Satisfaction:

• Ensure guests have everything they need during their dining experience.
• Handle any special requests, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.

Food & Beverage Service:

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and polite manner.
• Assist with the delivery of large orders or food to tables.

Provide Table Maintenance:

• Clear dirty dishes and glasses, and reset tables for the next customer.
• Refill drinks or serve additional items as needed.

Operational SupportSet Up and Prepare Dining Areas:

• Set tables with proper tableware, linens, and condiments.
• Ensure the dining area is tidy and organized before and during service.

Assist Waitstaff and Kitchen:

• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Help with basic food preparation and plate presentations (if required).
• Ensure food items are delivered correctly to the table according to order.

Ensure Cleanliness & Hygiene:

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Ensure proper cleaning of service equipment (e.g., trays, glassware, etc.).
