We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Specialist to grow and manage our digital presence. If you're passionate about creating impactful content and driving engagement, we want to hear from you!

• ✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage content (text, image, video) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Respond to inquiries and interactions across social media channels.
• Plan and run paid/organic digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain visual brand consistency.
• Track and report performance metrics monthly.
• Partner with HR, Training, and Operations for event promotions and internal campaigns.
• Liaise with vendors, agencies, or influencers as needed.
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
• 📚 Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing/social media.
• Excellent communication skills in English, and fluency in Hindi and Marathi.
• Creativity in content creation and familiarity with tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Hands-on experience with digital tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Buffer, etc.
• Understanding of SEO, online strategies, and web analytics.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently.
• Preferred: Experience in education, training, or safety-focused organizations.
