Agency Development Manager

An Agency Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a network of agents or advisors to drive sales and business growth. This role focuses on building a high-performing sales team and ensuring targets are achieved through effective leadership and support.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new agents/advisors to expand the agency network

Train, mentor, and motivate agents to improve performance

Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback

Support agents in client acquisition and relationship management

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and field visits

Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and clients
