With state-of-the-art IVF technology and an expert team, our Rohtak centre is expanding to cater to more hopeful parents—and we are looking for a dedicated BAMS Doctor to join our mission

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and provide holistic treatment advice in line with Ayurvedic principles and modern reproductive health practices.
• Assist senior fertility consultants and gynecologists in patient management and pre/post-IVF care.
• Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and the ART Act.
• Counsel patients on natural wellness, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and herbal support to complement IVF or fertility treatments.
• Monitor and support female reproductive health cases under supervision.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for OPD, patient follow-ups, and antenatal care.
• Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and therapy compliance.
• Support the medical team during camps, awareness programs, and OPD drives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with State or Central Ayurvedic Council.
• Good understanding of women’s reproductive health, infertility, and lifestyle medicine.
• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Compassionate, disciplined, and a team player.

Preferred Qualities:

• Previous experience in gynecology, fertility, or wellness clinics is a plus.
• Familiarity with patient EMR software and digital consultation tools.
• Open to learning and adapting to integrative reproductive care.
