Chinese Chef

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic dishes, ensuring high-quality food and consistency.

🍽️ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook chinese items.
• Operate and maintain the duties safely and efficiently
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen as per food safety regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management

✅ Requirements

Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Indo-chinese spices, marinades, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
