Role Overview:-

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives for our Sales team. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer interaction, product explanation, and sales closure in rural and semi-urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate sales leads through field visits, village coverage, and local references

• Identify potential customers such as farmers and rural buyers

• Explain tractor models, features, pricing, and benefits to customers

• Conduct product demonstrations in the field

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with the finance team for loan processing and documentation

• Ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

• Maintain daily visit reports and customer records

Eligibility Criteria:-

• 1–5 years of experience in field sales (automobile/tractor preferred)

• Comfortable with field work and village travel

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Basic knowledge of tractors or automobile products is an advantage

• Candidate must have Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Skills Required:-

• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills

• Ability to build customer relationships

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
