Tandoor Chef

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic North Indian dishes using a traditional tandoor oven, ensuring high-quality food and consistency.

🍽️ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and grilled dishes
• Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently
• Marinate meats and vegetables using authentic recipes
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen as per food safety regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management

✅ Requirements

Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

⭐ Preferred QualificationsCulinary certification (optional but a plus)

• Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Ability to handle bulk orders and catering
