Position: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Office-based

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

• Job Responsibilities:Manage seller accounts on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.
• Handle account health, performance metrics, and growth strategies.
• Maintain daily reports of sales, stock, and account performance.
• Provide basic technical support related to e-commerce portals.
• Skills Required:Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
• Computer & internet skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Preferred Qualification:12th pass or above
• Experience in e-commerce operations is a plus
• Make outbound calls to potential clients/sellers.
• Explain company services related to e-commerce account management and growth.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records.
• Answer customer queries and provide basic service information.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.
• Support the sales and operations team when required.
