  • Responsibilities:Lead Management:
  • Follow up with leads generated via Just Dial and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital services (website, app, software, marketing).
  • Client Communication:
  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Sales & Conversion:
  • Present service offerings confidently and clearly.
  • Convert leads into paying clients through strategic follow-ups.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Run and manage email campaigns to generate fresh leads.
  • Segment and nurture leads using personalized communication.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with the digital marketing and technical teams to align client expectations with deliverables.


  • Requirements:Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi + English).
  • Basic understanding of digital services like websites, mobile apps, SEO, etc.
  • Familiarity with tools like Just Dial, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Business, and email marketing platforms.
