Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

Rose Enterprises is looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for social media, website, and email marketing
• Handle SEO (on-page & off-page optimization)
• Manage marketplace promotions (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify if applicable)
• Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics
• Improve lead generation and conversion rates
• Prepare monthly performance reports with ROI analysis
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Facebook Ads & Google Ads
• Good understanding of SEO & keyword research tools
• Experience in lead generation & conversion optimization
• Social media strategy planning
• Canva / basic creative coordination skills
• Analytical, target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Commerce / Business
• Digital Marketing certification preferred
• Experience in E-commerce marketing is an advantage
